- In order to achieve the below goals, Mighty Skills Training Institute is going to do the following:
- Thorough and effective recruitment of excellent staff who will deliver.
- Good administration and management of the institution.
- Maintain good Financial Management.
- Offer quality service to clients.
- See to it that Policies are implemented and monitored.
- Lectures to have Schemes of work/work plans and all the necessary registers.
- Hold Performance Reviews twice in ayear, in June and December.
